Y2O3 thermal spary powder by Plasma coating is available for 3N,4N & 5N widely used in cleaning devices for Semi-conductor/display industry and mixture of Yttria dn Zirconium oxide, Aluminum oxide are used in advanced IT technology.Solar cell tray is one of great choice to use those powders and application, particle size and compoistion of each powder and their mixture as follows.

* Y2O3: for Anti-plasma, 15-60 µm for 3N, 4N and 5N

* YSZ: for Low thermal conductivity, High Temperature Stability, Heat shiled & Thermal

            Resistance. 15-65 µm for 3N

* Al2O3: for Anti-plasma, Dielectric property, 15-50 µm for 3N, 4N and 5N

* YAG: Anti-plasma, Amorphorus, 15-60 µm for 3N
